I wanted to know how much would it cost to have a ocean front home built…..Not like a vaction villa or a hotel but like a beach house except it doest have 10 rooms just 4 BR and 3 Baths like a normal house would…If not does anyone know where to find a ocean front home like i described…..I just want to be able to walk onto my deck and be looking right at the ocean….Please Help

You couldn’t afford the cost of the property. Oceanfront property is highly desirable and extremely expensive. I used to live on the SE coast of Florida. Homes that face the intercoastal (not the ocean, there was a barrier island between that is developed as well and property there is either overpriced condos or multimillion dollar estates) and I say face the intercoastal because there is a road separating the homeowner’s property from their little piece of waterfront and dock, were going for $ 250,000 +. The house you are describing on the oceanfront would cost over a million.

Are you prepared to deal with the dominance of Dwight Howard and everybody hating on the Lakers? If so then money should be no concern for a man of your fearless nature.
Expect to pay 3-4 million for a ocean front lot and another 300-400k for construction costs.
