Sorry first time I asked this I typoed so bad I messed up the question.
Ok if you we’re Ken Lay or Skilling (sp) wouldn’t you sneak out of the country and go live in an ocean front villa some where? I mean why stick around and spend the rest of your life in prison when you can get away? It might not be easy, and life wouldn’t be “free” but it sure beats life with bubba behind bars? I’m sure they’ve scuttled away the resources and might have to do a little cloak and dagger stuff to get away from the police; but I’m guessing they could manage – don’t you think?

i believe that they had to surrender their passports, but since money talks, i am sure they could find a way around that. maybe the judge should consider house arrest ankle cuffs for the pair of them. i know maybe they could hire a coyote to sneak them INTO mexico.
