I have a vacation rental Up keep is totally new to me How do you best clean everyday grime and stains from household items linens etc and any suggestions for getting wrinkles out without ironing

use a bleach substitute to get out grime and stains, soak overnight if necessary
to remove wrinkles, wet wrinkled item and dry in dyer on low heat [ does not work on hubby]lol

Use Oxy Clean instead of bleach. Also, washing in a cup of white vinegar instead of detergent cleans and deodorizes without fading. The vinegar smell does not stay in the fabrics, especially if you use a dryer sheet when drying.
Depending on the fabric type, ironing may me inevitable. There are products you can spray on items, but you have to stretch the wrinkles out, which can misshape items and it is almost easier to iron.
