now this is what happen. since we are in china i was still a few months old my mean uncle borrow from my father 30000 dollars at that time that amount was really big then after the time we wanted him to pay he told us to go to Philippines where he live and get it from him at the time we went here he didn’t gave it and we stay at his house then he treated us very mean after that e were forced to stay at his storage room were his business is going on and made us like dogs if were going to stay and we should work and broke our toilet bowl kill our pet chicken which is our meal and broke our kitchen glass when my brother is born cause he only has one son but my mom has 2 even thought may father works as a worker for him and dint receive even a cent when he left and we were very poor and are force to live in our own so we go to Laguna and find a perfect place away from him to live and at that night my father is going to say good bye to him that we are going back to china then he cried that we are going to beg his money back only the time that dollars raised but my father didn’t even say something related to money and the night is the first night that my father’s sister visited Philippine so our plan going Laguna was failed. then before that my mom’s cousin also visited Philippine and gave us some amount of money and treated us like so close but my uncle was jealous and told tell in front of him that no no one can be that rich and suspect him selling drugs even though the real thing is that he has a lot of business in china and he is pretty rich but all because of my stupid uncle he was force to go back to china and after that my grandma which is the one who tempted my father to borrow the money to my uncle sell our house in china and the other house that my grandpa gave to my father when he haven’t married yet, and buy lot here in the Philippines and my uncle and my dad has 1/2 portion each even though my uncle is already living in a villa were he become rich already but the name of the house is written in his name and even we built a house on the half part of the lot and all these years they treated my grandma like pet my grandma is the one who cooks do chore and my uncle told his friends that he is the one giving my grand ma luxury life so even my grand ma was mean during her youth no matter what happen she is still grand ma now the point is the time my father going to ask permission to buy the other half he said that its would be given to my cousin’s cousin and the name of this house is not ours and we dint even get any thing cause this whole lot suppose to be ours and my grandpas lot in china the government is going to buy it no matter how much the offer and we dint even have any portions and now the name of this lot isn’t in his hand he told my father that the rights of this house he is in the hands of a factory were he gets the stocks im feeling very angry i dont know what to to do im just 17.

Wow. Your uncle sounds like a really mean person. If I were you, I would complete my education sot that I could get a job to support myself. You cannot depend on this person for anything. Get your education (or learn a trade) and cut all ties with him. You should encourage your parents to do the same, but you must realize that you have no control over them. Only they can decide what is best for them.
